Building a 6-figure e-Commerce coffee business.

Leading Scottish coffee roasters Gordon St. Coffee approached Inhaus to lead their paid media strategy. We used demographic and interest data combined website analytics to streamline brands web presence and plug into several marketing networks to expand the outlets online reach. Over the course of our ongoing relationship, we have doubled the brands online revenue to surpass the 6-figure barrier annually and we continue to work together to grow the brand in a number of other areas.

To build a store into a six figure-Commerce platform we needed to start at the beginning. Inhaus connected all corners of its capabilities to design and develop a completely new marketing strategy focused solely on the stores current brand advocates encompassing website, email, paid media, and brand.
The strategy was executed with a go-to-market rollout across several paid and owned Gordon St. channels. The results of such an integrated effort were a staggering 42% increase in sales year on year, combined with a 10% increase in monthly subscribers and an increase in mailing list opt-ins of over 25%. The teams work continues with the brand as Gordon St. looks to expand across the UK in the next phase of it’s growth.
